Document Recording - Nationwide Coverage
We can ensure delivery of original real estate documents (mortgage, assignment, release, etc.) directly to the County Recorder's office for immediate recording. We do this by utilizing our nationwide network of recording agents that walk your documents directly into the courthouse. This is the recording service to use when you need a document recorded by a certain deadline. We can return a photocopy, time stamped copy or original recorded document back to client upon recording, depending on county regulations.
A Bringdown and Update search (a search of specified property from date of last search forward to check if there have been any new filings or activity on property) can also be provided prior to recording document. This ensures no liens or judgments have been recorded on the property since the last title search was performed and is done before recording a new mortgage or deed of trust. An update report is provided as well as evidence of the document being recorded.
We also now offer electronic document recording!
