Document Retrieval - Nationwide Coverage

Document Retrieval would include the retrieval of any real estate documents from county Official Records including mortgage/deed of trust, assignment, satisfaction/release, deed, modification agreement, UCC, etc. Photocopy or Court Certified Documents.  This is accomplished by searching the indexes at any of the 3,700+ court houses in the US based on the information that is provided by the client (borrower name, address, date of loan, loan amount, etc.). 

Civil Court documents can also be retrieved from a county’s civil court house anywhere in the US.  We require our clients to provide us names to search, a date range, or a case number. 

Limited Search (Mini Search): This is a document search on a specified property to locate any of the following: warranty deed, open mortgages/deeds of trust, assignments, etc. or whatever the client specifies, but this is not considered a title search. We can deliver copies or abstracted recording information of the documents found on a property.

Abstracted Recording Information:

We can also provide full recording information (book/page, recording date, instrument number, mortgagor, mortgagee, assignor, assignee, legal description, etc.) when document copies are unnecessary.
